In this tutorial we will show you how to successfully install and manage WHMCS WS Auto Extended Modules. We will guide you step by step through the whole installation and configuration process.

  • 1. Log in to our client area and download the module. Download module
  • 2. You will find the file, upload in control panel.

  • 3. Extract the downloaded file . Upload and extract the PHP file into the main WHMCS directory. The content of PHP version files should look like this.

  • 4. In the downloaded file you will find one package that support PHP 5.6 upto 7.2 Versions. As presented on the screen below,

  • 5. Now you have to activate the module in your WHMCS system. Log in to your WHMCS admin area. Click 'Setup' , then choose 'Addon Modules'. Afterwards, find 'Secure Logins Manager' and press 'Activate' button.

  • 6. In Addons section, search Secure Logins Manager Addon,

  • Every addon has 3 options-
  • Activate - This will display whether the Addon is currently Active. If active, this button will be disabled
  • Deactivate - This will also display the status of the Addon. You can stop the module by clicking on Deactivate button
  • Configure - Configuration setting will open.

  • License Key: Add the license key provided in the email
  • Delete records: This checkbox will delete the saved login details when ticket is closed
  • Database Table: The database will be cleared once module is deactivated
  • Access Control: To set the access privileges to admins

Client Area

1) Add new Ticket

A. When a ticket is opened in Client area, a different section will be shown to add secure login details

B. Click on Submit Login credentials

C. Here, you can add all the credentials required for the ticket. These records will be displayed in the ticket

You can add more than one record/ delete records in one ticket by clicking Submit/Update Login Credentials. All records will be listed in Secure Records section.

A. Secure records will be found in ticket in WHMCS.

Admin can also delete the records from here once the issue is resolved.

C. All the records will be deleted once ticket is closed. As you can see in the below screenshot secure records are zero and ticket is closed
